Terms and Conditions
GENERAL RULES:
Participants must take a photo using their digital camera, laptop camera, cell phone, iPhone, photo editor or any method available to them. Photos must be uploaded via our online entry form at http://www.ditchthediaper.com/submit-photos.php.
All photo submissions must contain a sign stating either "I ditched the diaper!" or "I want to ditch the diaper!" and the contest url, DitchtheDiaper.com, in order to be eligible. Further details are available at http://www.ditchthediaper.com/how-it-works.php.
This contest ends on September 6, 2011.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate, contestants must submit a completed entry form and photo following all guidelines set forth on our "How It Works" page at http://www.ditchthediaper.com/how-it-works.php.
You must also have received permission for the use of all images/likeness of any and all identifiable person(s) appearing in your submission. You will be required to submit a release, signed by each identifiable person appearing in your submission granting sponsor permission to use the images/likeness of your submission.
By uploading a photo submission, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions for your submissions.
- Submission Restrictions
- Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- The submission must not contain visible brand names or trademarks other than those of Teeny Bikini, LLC which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading a submission;
- The submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
- You may use photo editing software to create your sign, but you may not add to or alter your sign after your photo has been taken. Hand drawn signs are best.
- You must have permission from all individuals that appear in the submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested by TeenyB, you must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable with sponsor
- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or blur or to ask the applicable Entrant to remove or blur any non-material elements (e.g. small logos on clothing, artwork hanging in the background, etc.) rather than disqualify an otherwise compliant submission.
- Only one submission / entry accepted per person.
- You must be 18 years of age at the time the photo was taken in order to be eligible.
- All submissions are not guaranteed approval.
- Licensed Rights: Uploading this submission further constitutes your consent to give Teeny Bikini, LLC a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed including without limitation at the website http://www.DitchtheDiaper.com for any legal use including without limitation, for promotional and marketing of TeenyB and its products and/or services. Teeny Bikini, LLC is under no obligation to use your submission in any manner nor will use of your submission entitle you to any compensation whatsoever.
- Release: You agree to release and hold harmless Teeny Bikini, LLC and its franchises, TeenyB, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the 'Released Parties') from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of your submission including without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
